![]() They did mention co-op so the've probably though about it in some way. You should start from 0 and build up and get that feeling of progression. Honestly, if they would give a complete garage it would ruin the whole "owning a garage together" feeling. I don't know how saves or profiles work in this game but hopefully you can have more than 1 profile and create a new one to play from scratch with your friend. OR you could split exp between the players, this way the players can specialise in different skills and it would also make the gameplay longer, a bit more "grindy". Not sure how the exp affects gameplay but of what i've read i think giving each player the same amount of exp whould be unbalanced, that assuming that there is a maximum level and you can't upgrade every skill.Įxp could all go to the Host aswell, then the players make decisions together on what skills to upgrade, but that would make the 2nd player not feel as involved. Do the same way or split rewards but let the players send money between eachother. In Farming simulator all the cash goes to the host who then can transfer money to the other players. Imo, it could work as drop-in drop-out system where the 2nd player joins the hosts garage. Or balancing wheels why he put the chassis back together. As the two steam pcs standing close together, a possible mp scenario could be that my cousin strip down the car and I on the other pc buy the necessary parts on the online shop. I own three PCs which are connected via lan and on two of them I have steam running. Sometimes my cousin visits me for some gaming sessions. But Borderlands 2 was programmed right from the start to support Co op. He invites me to his game, so the enemies are on his level and not on mine (level 37). I like it how it works in Borderlands 2 - there we started a whole new career for my cousin, and he is now from level 0 to level 21. How should the money be distirbuted and how the xp? Should you start with a full build up garage or start a quiete new one. I think we agree what could be done together in a multiplayer mode, but not how it's done. Should there be a special online modus were you begin from scratch and building a garage step by step with a co op player like in solo modus? Or should the existing game progress from solo modus imported to multiplayer modus so you can work together on current custom orders? So how could existing profiles be affected by this. ![]() The game itself was not planned as multiplayer title.
